I am the proud owner and founder of Designed & Detailed, a company I opened in 2016 that has brought me immense joy. Being an owner means wearing many hats; some days I’m the planner, while other days I handle IT, admin, accounting, customer relations, and more. The challenge of ensuring my team and clients are happy is something I truly relish.

My journey into the event planning industry began with an unforgettable internship with an independent planner in Rhode Island. That wild and crazy summer solidified my passion for this career, and I've been dedicated to the industry for 13 years since then. Prior to event planning, I was deeply rooted in the hospitality industry. Starting as a hostess at a Greek diner at 16, I have served, bartended, cater-waitered, and more. The only other job I’ve ever had was as a gymnastics coach when I was 14-15 years old on a worker’s permit.

If I were an event theme, I’d be "Flower Power"—70s inspired, full of vibrant colors and groovy vibes.

What would you sing at Karaoke night?

At karaoke night, you’d find me belting out "Shallow" by Lady Gaga. ​

​What's your favorite way to unwind after a busy day?

To unwind, I love spending time with my husband, dogs, friends, and family. There's nothing better than curling up in silence with a great fantasy novel after a hectic day.
