We start by taking stock of what's important to you: your vision for the event, how it will fit into your budget, and what kind of impact it will have on the environment. Then we create a customized experience that is uniquely yours.
Our team has extensive experience in all aspects of wedding planning and execution. Whether you need help with finding venues or hiring vendors, we are happy to help. We also offer full-service event planning services if that is what you need.

Full Planning
Our Partial Package plus Couples can select a la carte services to create a custom planning experience with you Senior Event Specialist by your side every step of the way. The goal of this package is to help the couple to book all their vendors quickly and efficiently. With this program your Senior Event Specialist is the main contact for all of your vendors from beginning to end. There is no limit to the number of meetings you have. This program is built to ensure we are at the helm of the entire planning process.

Partial Planning Program
Beginning upon a signed contract, this program starts with an Initial Consultation resulting in a Budget, Design Deck, & a Monthly Agenda of tasks to be completed throughout the planning process. We meet once a month at a minimum to finesse all the details of your day and acquire all of your vendors. Includes rehearsal coverage, and two Planners onsite the day of the wedding.

Wedding Management
OUR VERISON - DAY OF CORDINATION
A basic group of services that provide the client with logistical planning on their special day, beginning with an initial consultation right when a contract is signed giving the couple Wedding 101. From there, email access is granted for any questions you have throughout your planning process. 3 months before their wedding date we pick up in person meetings again to compile all day of details. Composed of a series of three meetings, rehearsal coverage, and two Designed & Detailed Planners onsite the day of the wedding.
